SENnections was created with one simple belief: Children with additional needs deserve consistent support from people who genuinely understand them. In the Centre of Education, the right support can make a huge difference. For many children, especially those with SEND, trust, routine, and relationships matter just as much as learning itself. Yet too often, support changes, staff move on, and children are left having to start again. At SENnections, we want to do things differently. We are a specialist SEN recruitment agency focused on building meaningful, long-term placements within schools and educational settings. Our aim is not simply to fill vacancies, but to connect schools with dedicated professionals for SEN specialist roles who can provide stability, understanding, and lasting impact.
